Hi Jamie - Its been great having you in SLC again this year... Just think of all the fun we've had with INTERLINE MADNESS. Seriously, I so very much appreciate your many contributions to Open Skies and willingness to explain PRP processing to me! One of my favorite memories this year is when Terry H. didn't believe Open Skies could handle deposits in conjunction with group bookings on hold... It was a great moment when you reviewed the code to him and proved that Open Skies could indeed handle this complicated process. Way to go!
